The mineral is essential to life allowing our cells to function. The search and acquisition of this pure mineral has been one of the driving forces of progress and civilization.

We harvest our salt the same way we live our life – with faith in a process that has been used throughout generations since it was first realized that salt crystals form naturally from evaporated seawater in small batches. Each Salt of the Gulf flake is carefully hand-harvested using only sun, wind, and water from the crystal-clear waters of Florida’s Forgotten Coast. The process itself is absolutely pure and natural.

With a focus on our natural and renewable resources and a commitment to quality by using food-grade materials, microscopic filters, and American-made goods, we hand-harvest our large-flake, irregular shaped sea salt in the open air for our friends and loved ones who are the salt of the earth.
