Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

Delivery times are estimates and based on purchased shipping, and begin once your order has shipped, not when it was placed.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at Hello@SaltOfTheGulf.com so we can investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
